Work Weekend at Ross Camp
The Work Weekend is scheduled for the March 20thand the 21st. This year we are doing several projects. We will be remodeling some storage rooms, fixing steps into the classroom buildings.

We are planning a complete clean up of all the buildings including our storage building. The upstairs of the storage building needs to be cleaned and reorganized. We will be doing some room swamping in the rifle/archery building and some walls will need to be built. We will also be servicing the furnaces at the camp. We will be working on other tasks that need to be done while we are at camp so bring your tools and join us. 

We will be at Ross Camp on Friday afternoon for anyone who would like to arrive early.  

It is very important that you let us know if you will be at the work session as well as when you will be arriving and departing!  We need to know how much food to have Jim and Nancy fix. Jim and Nancy will be treating us to some of there wonderful meals. SO WE NEED TO KNOW WHEN YOU WILL BE THERE!!!  

IHEA will be having the March meeting at the Camp on Saturday night. The meeting will start at 6:30. We encourage all board members to join us for dinner and then we will have our meeting.
